Booking Validity

Services must be booked within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable.

Date changes

48 Hrs Notice: Date changes are permitted at no additional cost.

Within 48 Hrs: A fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply to reschedule.

Confidentiality

Char PA acknowledges that during your Creative Reset, confidential information may be disclosed. Char PA agrees to:

Keep all information and data private and secure.

Not disclose any information to third parties without prior consent.

Ensure that all records, data, and sensitive information are destroyed or returned upon request.

If an NDA is required, please provide the agreement prior to the commencement of our first session.
