Session Schedule:
Please note: You are not required in the ‘Action’ part of the day (unless you would like to be). I just ask for you to be contactable, if needed.
Day 1 - Clear
9:00am - Brain Dump (2hrs)
We get everything out of your head and into the open - no to-do, thought, or worry left behind. From here, I’ll start crafting your personalised ‘Action List’.
11:00am - Schedule Scan (2hrs)
We go over the next month of your life. We clean up your schedule, make time for what matters, and shift any habits that are no longer serving you.
1:00pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Categorise (1.5hrs)
I take everything we unpacked and turn it into a structured ‘Action List’, sorted by life, personal, and work.
3:00pm - Action (2 hrs)
I get to work and complete as much of your ‘Action List’ as possible - ticking things off, replying to emails, booking appointments, running errands - whatever’s on your list.
5:00pm - Finish
Day 2 - Clean
Spa Booking: Prior to your ‘Creative Reset’ starting, you will pick a time on Day 2 for your Bathhouse Spa Session.
9:00am - Action continues (6.5hrs)
3:30pm - Completion Meeting (30mins)
We review what’s been done and what’s still to come. You’ll leave with a clear breakdown of everything that’s left and how to move forward.
4:00pm - Finish
Day 3 - Create
8:30am - Creative Download (1.5hrs)
We unpack all your ideas, projects, and plans - even the half-formed ones. Then we pick one to focus on and bring to life.
10:00am - Create (3hrs)
We start producing up to 2 projects. Together we’ll map them out, shape them, design them, and begin building real momentum towards making it happen.
1:00pm - Lunch
1.30pm - Create Continues (1hr)
2:30pm - Content Session (3hrs)
Shoot content for socials, brand partnerships, or creative output from our sessions.
All content will be filmed on an iPhone, though I will use provided equipment, if available.
(If content isn’t your thing, this time goes toward taking actions towards our 1 or 2 projects or starting a third.)
5:30pm - Completion Meeting (30mins)
We go over your final Action Sheet and One-Pagers.
6:00pm - Finish
Your one-pagers (for 1, 2, or 3 projects) will be delivered within 24 hours.
You’ll also receive:
1 x Action List (what’s been done + what’s left, categorised)
Up to 2 x Project One-Pagers
30 min Post-Session Check-In (to keep you on track)
